Hi, I visited a few animation stores, turning my AO off while testing their dances etc. Sometime along the way I realized that my Avi now had permanently splayed fingers and was stuttering in her poses when operated by my own AO. Is it possible that I messed up my AO by trying the other animations? I can't imagine it would be, but I have never had the splayed fingers before and I am looking for a way to get rid of them asap. Sorry, I will clarify. I bought the items in the marketplace. I went to the sandbox to rezz them. I had purchased 3 items. I accepted one before I tp-d to the sandbox. That one showed in my inventory just fine. Upon arriving at the sandbox I clicked the grey boxes up top and accepted the next two deliveries, but it was immediatelyl apparent that they had not dropped into my inventory. I have logged in and out, cleared my cache and in fact went ahead and reinstalled my viewer after that as I wanted to be sure I wasn't responsible for the bad rezzing of sims that has been occuring all day. The items are definitely nowhere in the inventory, including lost and found. Thanks again, Simerion

Hello all, I was in a Japanese furniture store, laying on some cushions and talking to a 1 day old SL resident. I mention that because he was present and definitely couldn't have been an intentional source of what occurred. I will lay it out and your thoughts are very welcome. so..on the cushions, talking to friend standing nearby. Warrior type guy appears out of nowhere. Does not speak to me but gets in male friend's personal space, kind of. Friend asks who new guy is, I make joke that he is competition. I assumed they were speaking to each other in IM but apparently they were not. Nor did new guy speak to me. Suddenly I see new guy now laying on the floor all bloody with a spear sticking through him. Next thing he is standing again and I am being blown off my feet by a giant series of giant forcefield-type fireballs. Knocks me right out of the immediate area. As I am flying through the air I see new guy ask "is she dead?" I open chat him to stop it. He keeps following me. I had hit FLY and moved away. When I landed he was standing there. He said it wasn't him and said I was cute. Then my friend, who had also been fireballed in the opposite direction, made his way to me but couldn't get very close as something was blocking him. Suddenly I got fireballed again up onto a roof. New guy continued to deny it was him and blamed my noob friend, which is silly. so...what the heck was that? Was new guy bluffing? Were we all victims of an invisible avi? I will say that right before meeting me the noob had been locked in a cage by a vampire (without consent) and without telling me accepted my tp request to escape the situation. Is it possible she attached something to him or in fact followed him and punished him for leaving? We eventually just tp-ed out to escape it, so I don't know if it would ever have stopped unless we had done that. Ok, so long story, sorry about that. I just want to understand. This sort of thing has never happened to me and clearly upset the new SL resident. I feel bad not having an answer for him. I did report warrior-looking dude, and now I feel bad about that too because he kept insisting it wasn't him. But he just appeared out of nowhere and walked right up to us in an empty sim and that is when it all started, so I just don't know. Your thoughts? Anyone had this happen before or heard of it happening? Thank you!! Simerion

Hello, I accepted delivery of items from 2 different vendors at a public sandbox. Even though I clicked ok, the items were not dropped into my inventory. This would seem to be an SL issue rather than a vendor issue. I paid for these items, so is there any way to get them? I will email the vendors, but I would not presume on their good nature since they did send what I had ordered. Sorry if I posted in the wrong place, I wasn't sure where to adress this issue. I have the same problem, but I found a quick fix. I can't explain why it works, but it always does. Go into your groups tab and activate a dfferent group than what you have, which would be 'none' or another group. You can put it back to the original one right after that. People will immediately pop into color. It force rezzes the room. Awesome every time. Simerion

for the past 2 or 3 days my efforts at using pose balls have been a comedy of errors. Either they work, which is rare, or I just sit there while my partner is ready to roll.... I have not changed anything and can't figure out why it doesn't work sometimes. Also, I sim hop a lot and lately It's entirely random as to whether I will hear streamed music or just the ambient sounds when I get here. Can these two things be connected? Any suggestions to resolve? (I have logged, cleared cache and redone the settings to no avail. I also turn off my AO when trying to use a pose ball. Doesn't always help) Thanks, Simerion

Ok thanks. I reloaded all the animations in, and reloaded the notecard. It was accepted, same as before. Now I just hope they will be there when I log on again, lol

Hello, I was all proud of myself for figuring out how to add sits and walks to my AO...until I logged back in and a chunk of them had gone missing. I started with 8, edited to 23 and now have 11. If they had all disappeared I would assume my screwup, but since 2 or 3 of them stayed I must have done them right and I did them all the same way. Any suggestions as to what might have done this? I don't want to do it over until I figure it out, as it took me a while and I want to prevent a reoccurence. There was quite a bit of crashing yesterday with the new version roll out, but none during my edit and it was definitely working perfectly as intended for at least a while. Thanks in advance for any of your thoughts
