  1. When you open up the mp there is a house in the big picture where it says Get Ready For Summer...Shope our home decor. I love the house and would like to look at buying it. I don't understand why the mp doesn't credit the items they use in those pictures. Anyway, I am attaching a picture. Thank you for your help!

  3. It all started when he noticed his lindens were going up at odd times. He contacted LL about it and canceled his credit card etc. LL told him that it was his bank not crediting his account right away or something and that was the end of it....we thought. A week later (June 7, 2011) when are online talking and all of a sudden he gets logged off. He tries to log back on and gets an odd message to call LL so he does. He finds out his account has been put on hold cause they are looking into it but, WHY? They already told him what the problem was! So he needed to create a guest account and send them proof of who he was, he did that. A week later (June 14, 2011) his account still isn't up so he calls LL again. They say that the guest email didn't get forwarded on to the right department so, the guy does that. Tells him he can't give him an idea of a timeline but, they will get to work on it. Here it is another week later (June 22,2011) and he STILL doesn't have his account back. I saw a couple people post that it can take a MONTH! WHY?!?! It makes no sense to me. His account was fine now. Does anybody have any idea how to speed this process up? If it was me I would be calling LL everyday and more but, he has more patience than me so he is calling them every week so, tonight he is calling again. If anyone has any suggestions of what he can say or do to speed this along it would be greatly appreciated!!
  4. Good luck with this. My partners account has been down for TWO WEEKS today. He had the same thing...they told him to submit a guest ticket with his photo id for security purposes and he did it that day. Since it takes LL about a week to do anything at all he called them last week and they said that it was just sitting there so they sent it on to the right people and his account should be back in a few days...that was last Tuesday and still nothing. We are hoping it will be back up today since it has been another week.
