It all started when he noticed his lindens were going up at odd times. He contacted LL about it and canceled his credit card etc. LL told him that it was his bank not crediting his account right away or something and that was the end of it....we thought. A week later (June 7, 2011) when are online talking and all of a sudden he gets logged off. He tries to log back on and gets an odd message to call LL so he does. He finds out his account has been put on hold cause they are looking into it but, WHY? They already told him what the problem was! So he needed to create a guest account and send them proof of who he was, he did that. A week later (June 14, 2011) his account still isn't up so he calls LL again. They say that the guest email didn't get forwarded on to the right department so, the guy does that. Tells him he can't give him an idea of a timeline but, they will get to work on it. Here it is another week later (June 22,2011) and he STILL doesn't have his account back. I saw a couple people post that it can take a MONTH! WHY?!?! It makes no sense to me. His account was fine now. Does anybody have any idea how to speed this process up? If it was me I would be calling LL everyday and more but, he has more patience than me so he is calling them every week so, tonight he is calling again. If anyone has any suggestions of what he can say or do to speed this along it would be greatly appreciated!!
