So after monts of building im close of finishing my cruise ship. So i started to make cabins for rent . Im using a rental systeam that i gues is the most used in sl ( not sure if i can tell the name for it here). Im been using it for years.so basicly i set up the rentbox, connect it with windows and doors and noticed that doors didnt work. Basicly after tenant pays rentbox, he can manage the door for like 5. Min and than it stops responding to them. So first i tryd asking in theyr group.. What i found out that ther is no actual support people there only normal customers like me. So i went on the website. I made a support ticket and started waiting. After 3 days first message what i get was "are you sure you configured right?" , in the ticket i sayd that i check configurations hundred times SO YEAH IM TOTALLY SURE. After 2 days without any respons i started to chevk theyr support website and found out that if you dont pay for support they more or less dont care. Bevouse thoes cabins would bring me alot of profit it was important for me to get them working, so i payd for the support. 2days more i hade no answer. So i started to say what i think of this low customer service even after i have payd( when you pay,they promise that the longest time youl have to wait is 12 h) so after my anger message they replyd to me, if i can give them lm to the rentbox and they will check it. And again 2. Days passt and the box was untoyched and hade no reply. I was trying to fix myself so i used my alt to test the box. But i forgot to put the box back to rentable for them to test. Next day i sent another anger message, and after few hours they replyd that " yes, we tested your box and there really is an issue with it, i will submit it as a bug" . So how could he check it if the box was already in use? I waited for like 1 and a half week for lies, jut to make me shut up? + i even payd for theyr god dammit pro support and didnt get any real hellp. I never have seend such a bad support and customer service. Now im forced to put away cabins on my ship and work in - , just becouse nobody is interested in helping theyr customers.

Lol she sounded like some kinda chat bot. Try contacting live chat with different operator, maybe she was just to laizy to do anything and see if you get the same response.

Could be that its just some places that lag. Been on all week, didnt experience any lags at all. Maybe its a viwer fault? I worknperfectly well on newest sl viwers but i lag as hell on firestorm

i normaly just freecam around the store until i find what i was looking for, or leave becouse i couldnt find it

Heh, funny. I run pritty smooth on highest grapfics and 128. Draw on sl viewer , but on fs i barly can run on normal grapfics.

Indeed, was in a hurry so didint have time to make a ciomplite topic. Basicly i need sombody to help me decide on furniture and textures for a cruise ship. We are planing to open different style cabins, liek assian,modern,70's etc. So would be good if you can style in different styles. Offcors youl get payd for this

Totally agree with the ignorance, the most horroble is when you go to a club , and there are these groups of people that know each otther and they know what to talk to each otther and when you try to join mostly they ignore or act like we dont need new conversation buddys

s far as i know its removed, why idk . I was confused when i noticed that too and i know alot of poeple that was lagging less if they play on full screen

So i have to look on equivalence? Thats the actul prim size of the mesh? Yeah building it shouldnt be much of an issue, just that is people this days looking for nice themed sims to explore and rent on them? And like i sayd im not much into become rich , so if anyone have any idea that they whant to own and manage on town themed sim without any rent we can arrennge something , like i did with the pub.

Hey guys, Basicly after some time of not playing sl i decided to return and im almost sure that im gona get my first full sim (yeey). But fr now im not quet sure what to make on it, i always have whanted some rp but it seems like that would be hard to make. So for now m just planing on to making a town with stores appartments houses and stuff. With the new mesh systea, if i understand them right, i ciuld save up alot of prims that will give renters more prims to spend n theyr houses or stores. Im nt looking into getting rich from it, i just whant something to do in sl, for now my goal is just to earn some money so i dont have to pay all the sim rent myself. In this times would people beinterested into somethng likethis. And im looking for people that have geart ideas but dont have money to make them come true. For exemple i have already found smbody that will manage a pub on the town, i will not take any money frm them , just so i dont have to manage it and they will attrackt people. Maybe sombody ells have somethng that they would like to have or do bt dont have space or money to do it? We could arrange somethng
