I cant use the SL official Viewer. I need to convert my SLX Marketplace over to Direct Delivery.  However, no other viewer offers me this option including the old SL Viewer.  Pulling my hair out!

Maybe you can try other TPVs which support merchant outbox. I read Dolphin viewer and Niran's viewer support that. Not sure if they work for you though. Might be worth a try.

In addition to Ryûta's suggestion: you wouldn't be using wireless, would you? SL official viewer HATES wireless. Make sure you use a regular cable. This should help your fans from going too crazy and overheat your laptop. You may also check if it fully meets SL systems requirements.

The new FIrestorm V4 has DD support.  You may do better with that.  People that can't use the SL official viewer often have good results with it, even people with older systems.

Firestorm, Dolphin 3, and Cool VL are viewers that have working Merchant Outboxes. Dolphin has a working Outbox for Windows, Linux, and Mac. The developer ran into several problems with getting Direct Delivery's Outbox working. He thinks he has them all resolved. Plus Dolphin extended the time to fail for the Outbox, so if the market place is being slow, you have a better chance with Dolphin.

I don't know if Firestorm and Cool added the extended time out.
