why can't i get a large amount of lindens over 2000

I have not been able to get money consistently out of my account.   I can get 500 to 2000 but i want more and i can't get it.....transactions keep being declined and fail.

Hmmmm ........ Getting money out of the account isn't usually a problem. It's a two-step process: (1) sell your L$ on the Lindex and then (2) Issue a credit transfer request to send the proceeds from your dollar balance to your PayPal account.
