Looking for places with automatic boat rides and hot air balloons

Hey everyone:

I am looking to take someone out on a nice trip and I would like to take her on a boat ride or on a hot air balloon ride.  I need to know where there are some good places for such stuff.  I want it to be automatic rides and not something I would have to drive manually.

Lots of balloon rides out there. Some I know of are at Calas Galadhon, Africa in SL, Wolf Mountain Ski Resort and the Grand Canyon. Driveable balloons are not bad either. They have one at Aero Pines that you basically just have to point in a direction and it will drift without further input. Solitaire has a sort of funky self-directed dirigible and very cool submarine rides.
