Problem with Linden Dollars purchase

Question

Just purchased L$5000 nearly fourty minutes ago, and my balance has not updated. I've tried relogging, and even had a friend pay me L$1 to see if my balance went up, but neither of those worked. My transaction obviously did go through, since PayPal lists it as Completed.

Normally these update within 20 minutes, but either it's taking longer, or the the order has botched up. Can you please update my balance, or refund the purchase?

Nope. Srry, but none of us here are Lindens, so we can't update your balance OR refund your money. However, I can suggest that you call billing support:

This is a resident supported forum, so no, we cannot update your balance or refund your purchase.

Go to your Dashboard - Account - Transaction History and check to see of the transaction is listed.  Also check your linden balance here at the website (Dashboard - Account - Account Summary) as sometimes the inworld amount is out-of-sync with your actual amount.  If you still do not see the linden but have a cleared Paypal transaction, then either a support ticket or a call to Billing is probably your next step.

We are just residents like you here Smaug. We cannot update your balance or refund you. Just one question: where are you looking at your L$ balance? If it is inworld, this is sometimes buggy. Click on $ icon at the top right of your screen, this should refresh your balance.

Remember your REAL balance is on your dashboard > account > account summary. You can also check your transaction history here.

If your L$ indeed did not arrive to your account, call the billing support:
