Is it possible to rename and rebrand a store?

I am wondering if it is possible to rename and rebrand a marketplace store?

& if it's possible:

What experiences have people had of doing this?

Any hints or tips?

Yep, it's easy. Merchant Home >>Store setup >> Edit store information >> Change store name

I've not changed mine, though. Some stores which I know did re-branding are Laqroki (Raspberry & Cow), Unique Megastore (Soul), La Vie (Damiani), Ispachi (hmm I can't recall right now)...

Emma, as you probably know, rebranding can be a mixed bag - risk of existing customers not being able to find you, changeover of existing items to the new brand name (if planned), etc.

Even though the MP doesn't allow separate storefronts for the same Merchant right now, you could launch a new brand and have it show up in the same store as your current one (works especially well if the items are related). The store banner could be reworked to show both brand names. It would accomplish your goal of launching a new brand, minimize redo work on exisiting items, and your current customers would see that you've expanded. I'm sure there are probably pitfalls doing it this way, but I have seen it done by other merchants. Maybe something to consider...

That's food for thought  

If I separate items logically, it could almost be like a separate store front. And if I put the brand name in front of the item name, should be searchable too. As in, find all "Emma's" or find all "Jack's".
