Im new, but anyways, my avi won't load!!!! its upsetting to me >:[ my avi is a white ball... its been like that for hours. idk how to change it bak. Can someone help me? i don't want to make another acc. :catsad:

This is a very common problem, often occurring because of an interruption in your internet connection, and very easily fixed.

I would suggest starting with the simplest of fixes which is to press "ctrl", "alt", and "R" all at the same time.  This is what we do to "rebake" our avatar.  (Someone might also say to you "you need to rebake" - again, this is a useful thing to know how to do in Second Life.)

I dont know which viewer you use but in phoenix for example you go in the advanced menu and click character.then charactertest..male or female..whatever you want...that will turn you into your noob skin :-) but..no longer a cloud..so just put on your skin and shape again
