Video Tutorials windows

I have been seeing this same message for weeks now inside the Video tutorials  window at the  my SL website homepage.

 

"We are experiencing some problems. Please stand by while we try to figure out what happened. If you continue to see this message, please contact support"

 

Do any of the Linden  Team know  why  this is not getting  fixed??  Its been like this for weeks.

It's been broken for quite sometime on the 'your account' page if this is what you are referring too. i know they know but their comment eludes me atm.
