I am age verified on the age verification page. I change the preference setting but it goes back

What can I do?  Age verification page says I am -- I change the preferences, but it always goes back to G and M only -- I have both paypal and credit card on the account and I have purchased $L.  Any other hints?

When you change the preferences, be sure to click OK at the bottom of the preferences window.

You might also have to re-log.

Hello Muchachacha. That 's odd especially if you have already payment info in your profile. My suggestion is to contact support.
