Hello Silent and welcome to SL Forums. Is so big problem that you were being changed 2 days earlier? Did you want to downgrade? It happened maybe because 4th of February is Saturday, but i am not sure. As a Premium you can use the LiveChat (you find the option on the right) from 9am to 6pm PST to speak directly with someone of LL's support them.

Don't use Live Chat for a billing problem.  They do not have access to any billing data.  Billing is a completely different department and is only accessible by people in that department........that is for your protection to allow only specific employees access to financial information.  It also clogs up Live Chat for what it's designed for.......it wastes the Live Chat support people's time and yours. 

Call Billing Support.  It's open 24/7 and they can resolve most billing issues while you are on the phone.
