valerie Inshan
I don't know wich viewer you are using but anyway it can only be a glitch. Quit and relog. If it still doesn't help, do a clean reinstall of your viewer. Here's a link about that (it from the Phoenix team but works for any viewer). http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/doku.php?id=clean_reinstall
Theresa Tennyson
By "in the sky," how far away do you mean? There are many objects where what you see is a shape that's been "sculpted" from a very different shape, and the location of the editing axes may be determined by that original, now invisible shape. The editing axes may also look odd because they represent the average center of several smaller pieces that make up the object and some of those smaller pieces may have been deliberately made invisible. Nalates Urriah
It really helps if you copy/paste the Help->Avout info from you viewer into your post. If you use multiple viewers and plan to do a clean install read through: Second Life Clean Install. It was written for those of using several viewers and touches on some of problems only those of us using multiple viewers run into. It can save you some odd results when re-installing viewers.
