problem with the connection of my avatar

Since yesterday I can not connect my avatar.
Yet I see it connected with another avatar. A friend sees it as connected and another sees it offline.
I wonder if this is normal?
I changed my password directly in case but it is always the same.
An error message is displayed, as to what X hours, peaceful, my avatar will again be accesible outside oncean hour, I do not always happens.
Since this is my main avatar, I am worried and would really like to regain access quickly.
