Blinking avatar.

Sooo. I have had this issue since monday (23rd of january), and the problem is my avatar is blinking, like it goes full body alpha for a second, then back to normal. It blinks like this maybe 30 times per minute, and it's starting to really annoy me. I have my settings at ultra... I tried reinstalling firestorm and it helped, until i crashed. Then it was back to blinking again. I don't really want to unintstall SL every time i crash or log. Anyone out there that can help? Thanks in advance!

IUpdating your graphics drivers would be the first thing to try.  I know recent changes to the SL Viewer made my ATI card go crazy at the higher graphics settings until I updated its drivers.

Hello ZoeMichelle. Cinn is right. The first you have to do is to download the last drivers for your graphics card. Try also to disable the option "Enable OpenGL Vertex Buffer Objects" under preferences --> Graphics --> Hardware settings and "Use HTTP Textures" under Graphics --> Rendering. See if something makes any difference.

Adding to the previous two posts I would recommend clearing your cache in the Network settings.
