Ive never had to hire anyone really but friends for spammers.I need a good manager that knows what their doing as I dont know alot about it. I dont make alot so far off sales I make enough a week to pay teir on the Land. I can Pay you In Items or Figure out how to do split pay in world. (Im not sure how to do that but on marketplace)On days I get more sales(aka 10L sale days I tend to make a few hundrad L$) I can Pay.I just really need help figuring out how to be more organized and help with customers.
