hi there i keep crashing on firestorm too many times in the day i have downloaded the phoenix but wont let me log in please help thank you julie115

Hello julie115. About crashing you can check my answer at this thread. About Phoenix, which is the error message do you get or what exactly happens during the log in process? We need more details in order to help. You can edit your post (options --> Edit).

i was using the firestorm but i keep crashing all the time i downloaded the phoenix viewer in my computer but wont let me log in the message keeps coming up saying loginfailed sorry we couldnt log you in please check to make sure you entered the right username and ect but i have tried and still wont let me log in thank you

Did you enter "Resident" in last name field in Phoenix?

I keep crashing when i log into firestorm. I can stay logged in early in the morning or late at night but at peak times, starting at midday i get bounced. I've tried everything. Can someone please let me know if it is my DSL that does not have the bandwidth or is it just something else that i'm not aware of. I'm not getting any error message. Just that i've been logged out of Firestorm and that the region seems to be experiencing some problems. thanks for your input. BTW I'm new to firestorm.
