Can group land tier be paid with lindens from group liability?

I have a group that owns land, the only person with a premium acct in the group is me I need to reduce the my tier donation in order to reduce my tier level, so theres 717 smq to be covered and the question is can other members help me pay for the tier with linden donations istead of land credits?

No, because L$ from group liability are distributed nightly to all members with the "Pay Liabilities" role checked in any group role they belong to. (Checked by default in the Everyone role).  A group has no real funds of its own.

Not directly, because LL only accepts tier payments is real money and never in L$.

What you could do is take L$ donations from the group's members, and sell it on the Lindex, so that you have US$ in your account ready for the tier payment.
