how can I create a landmark to an exact location

When I stand in my skybox and create a landmark there, a later tp never gets me into the skybox.  How do I force an exact address into a landmark?

Hello Kantar and welcome to SL Forums. Sometimes the first landmark is for the landing point of the region or parcel. Get a second landmark for your skybox. First time you click teleport you are landed on the landing point. Click teleport again for your skybox. See if that helps.

Go into the "World" menu in the top bar and then down to "Place Profile" and pick "About Land." Under "Options" go down to the button labled "Teleport Routing" and set it to "Anywhere." Then try setting a landmark in your skybox again. If you don't get the option to change this setting you can set a landing point in your skybox by selecting "Set Home to Here" when you're standing in it. (These directions are for Viewer 3.2.4 - other viewers may have different menus but you should be able to do something similar.

Sometimes, you can't.  If the parcel you're on has a telehub and only permits teleporting to the telehub, you're always going to land at the telehub.
