why does the marketplace deliver my goods but not take the money from the buyer?..

I have noticed recently that my transactions are *delivery partially failed* but when checking transactions ,the person has not paid but the deleivery actually states it was delivered.

I only checked this as i recently bought something and it didnt charge me,but i still got the item.

I refunded the seller out of guilt and honesty on my part.but if the marketplace is actually giving our things away and not paying us.what can we do about it?
