i am floating in the air.i have changed shape etc and no i am not flying lol..ive used sl for donkeys years now and I dont know how to fix this issue..any advice is appreciated.using phoenix firestorm viewer btw I found out how to fix this.if you have the same issue just check the phoenix small preference tab in the bottom corner of your screen,the slider is there to alter the height offset.(next to AObottom right corner)

my avi floats above the ground when stood..trying to build to scale is driving me crackers.I have heard of this issue before but cannot recall how to fix it..so any help is thankful....how do i bring my avi back to ground level?

I was contacted by LL last week about some images they thought did not belong to some listings..well these listing do not exist still!..i wish they could sort this stupid issue out as i have still 6 pages of rubbish on my listings.I have to tell my group to hit newest items or they are shown a mish mash of stupid stuff with horrible images.LL take note please!..this has gone on long enough:) *swashbucklers owner*

I still have tonnes of images not matching my products..the products are not even in my inventory anymore and i have at least 1/2 dozen pages of non listings so when my customers click the item,it takes them to the main page.this is frustrating to them and me..loses me buisness as i have recieved offliners telling me my store is hacked lol. please remove the old listings LL!..this issue has gone on far too long. I have no access,ways or means to correct this and makes my store look ugly.

use direct delivery..its the way forward im afraid.and the boxes will stop soon so the sooner you get to grips with this method the better,.,.yes you can use no copy items via direct delivery.you just untick unlimited in your advert as usual and tick the amount available..the ads setup are the same,just use ll viewer to add to the direct delivery folder or firestorm viewer.phoenix doesnt have this yet.

I need to stop my email becoming cluttered with all the sales frm my store..how do I do this please? Is there also a way to sxtop group notices going to email but keeping offliners to email only too? Cheers in advance

I have lots of items lost in transport so to speak and i have deleted a lot of products.but a load of *unavailable* products are actually available to be sold.but how do i make them available again but via direct delivery?..it says unavailable items=delivery magic box..ive deleted my boxes.did what it said on the video tutorial,and some got listed ok for DD,but a load got left in the inport faliure log {which ,again,idk how to remove that list} is anyone wiser than me and have some advice as to tidying up my merchant pages?..the pink is very annoying now and it wont delete in multiples {bulk tick box is not available,only individually which is annoying} sorry for the long winded post:) owner of swashbucklers village

I have noticed recently that my transactions are *delivery partially failed* but when checking transactions ,the person has not paid but the deleivery actually states it was delivered. I only checked this as i recently bought something and it didnt charge me,but i still got the item. I refunded the seller out of guilt and honesty on my part.but if the marketplace is actually giving our things away and not paying us.what can we do about it?

I have banned their known alts but they still insist on buying from my online store..can i ban them on the marketplace?..if so.how?..they are abusive and insist they hate me and my products but still buy..its not cheap either.cos i thought they might use the marketplace as a place for leaving yet more abuse..im sick of it now..help
