I know my password is right but it keeps saying its wrong on the launcher???

Hi,
I am able to login to my account through my browser.  But it keeps saying my password is wrong when I login on the SL Launcher... what do I do???

Make sure you spelt your user name and password correctly and make sure caps is not on. If you are using an old school launcher, you may need a last name, if so, use resident.

Hello javelynn20. Re-type your password more carefully and make sure that you haven't enable Caps Lock. If you use a Third-Party Viewer and you are asked for a second name, use "Resident". However if you are sure that you type correctly your password you can recover it, visiting the password recovery page: https://secondlife.com/my/account/request.php
