how do I obtain access to MESH?

I took the tutorial and test and passed -- I am eligible to use MESH but havent any idea how to get that ability --anyone who can tell me please ? : )

Assuming you have payment info on file, and you've been through the little IP rights quiz, then simply download Viewer 3, and have at it.  You'll find Upload Model in the Build menu, same place you go for Upload Texture, Upload Sound, etc.

Congratulations, JolieElle.   To be specific, you are now eligible to upload mesh models to SL.  To do this, you need to be using a recent version of the official viewer (I'm told you can do it with Firestorm, too, but that the results are sometimes not particularly satisfactory), to have model to import, of course, and to follow the instructions here: Uploading A Mesh Model

where and how did to Pass a test?  That is another hurdle I came across when tonight I thought I would create a basic mesh CAE and import it just to see the basic process... I got a warning that "You dont have rights to upload mesh models".

LOL I dont?  I can load sculpties but not mesh?

seems LL wants to make it rocket science to create and use mesh.  So whats the passing grade to have the rights?
