I log onto Second Life like a cloud, I attach some kind of prim or clothing onto my avatar and it loads and everything seems normal at first.I attach all the necessary prims for clothing and then when I get to attaching a jacket layer, shirt layer, etc. layers, even eyes or skin or even a hair base, all my prims get automatically detached for some unknown reason that I can't quite figure out.If anyone has had this problem, please tell me on what you did to prevent your prims from detaching after attaching an avatar layer. Hopefully, someone else more knowledgable will be along shortly to give added help. In the meantime, have you totally detached everything and start applying from scratch? With your AO's/huds, instead of choosing wear, try attaching to hud option and place in the center or on the bottom left/right side of your screen. Start with your basic layers of clothing, hair and apply these with "wear." Anything more, such as tattoo, alpha, more layers of clothing, choose "add"...see if that helps. I found that detaching EVERYTHING (HUDS, prim attachments) and then logging off then logging on would remedy the situation. This goes for anyone experiencing the same thing! Pussycat Catnap Posted December 21, 2011 Share Posted December 21, 2011 Yeah you were probably caught in a glitch and needed to 'air out' to get it to stop running. You can attach a few hundred items... which I've discovered on 3 occaisions by accidentally somehow causing the system to try and wear my entire 22,000 item inventory...
