Hello Varo88 and welcome to SL Forums. If your ask just if this laptop to run SL, is possible to medium graphics. With a Radeon HD4250 don't wait good many things. I don't want to dissapoint you but i would never buy or recommend this laptop for SL. SL is a very demanding application. If it is possible the best you can do, is to try it in real, before you buy.

If you are asking if there's a problem with uninstalling Second Life from the computer if SL won't run, the answer is no, there is no problem uninstalling SL.  The uninstall does leave a few files on your computer (as do many other programs when you uninstall them) for things like your preferences and settings for the viewer are retained if you reinstall it later.  Those files are easily removed by searching your computer after the uninstall and manually deleting them from your computer.  You might have to show hidden files on your computer for the search to show the files after the search.
