ChristineAngelHart
I know this might be the wrong place to start a tech thread on this subject, but it's the only way I know how to start one. Ok, if you were going to go to, say Walmart to buy a headset/mic for $25.00 or below, which one would you get. Then after answering that question, what other nationly know store would you rather go to get it , for the same price?

Thinkerer Melville
The headset I have been using for several years came from Radio Shack, for about $20 USD TKR
Valen Serpente
I get my stuff from New Egg, they have some good deals out of season and with the holidays, should have awsome deals. 25 might net you some good headphones with a good mic on it, though i'd prolly budget 35 - 40 or 50+ at retail for one that has good quality sound and has a quality mic. PeterCanessa Oh
Why on earth would I spend HK$3,500 to go to a Walmart just to buy something for HK$25? I'd go to Tesco or another supermarket for a cheap headset, they're all over the country. PC World or Curry's for a better one. I'm assuming you meant the UK when you said 'nationally', by the way, because it would be daft to ask an international audience that without knowing where they lived. Griffin Ceawlin
Oh, do you have WalMarts in the UK? Pity.
Eloise Baily
No Griffin, we have ASDA. Same thing only more green in colour.
PeterCanessa Oh
Nah, that's why it would cost so much to visit one. They did buy the Asda supermarket chain though. Hmmm, probably not a bad place to get a cheap headset, as it happens.
