Youtube Videos Monetise with Ads

Hello, I would like to know if I am allowed to enable Youtube Monetise on my videos about Second Life.

I would like to put ads on my youtube videos and need to know if Linden Lab allows people to earn money from ads about their software.

This is a user forum.  You need to contact Linden Lab business offices for information like that.

if you are not advertising SL specifically, then there should be no problem per the content licensing in ToS which clearly states your own IP rights to content you create.

on a personal note however, the content of those videos better be pretty amazing to be worth sitting through ads, otherwise you may be driving more potential viewers away than you are profiting from, with the dearth of free videos available.

The videos are of tutorials on how to build and script.

I think the ads are just at the bottom of the video not in the way.

Go to the brand center (anyone remember where it is?) and register to use the InSL tag. Then advertise your busibness name InSL. That is what it is there for.
