i just recently purchase land from auction from sl...if i sell this land does secondlife remove this land completely from my account..i am askin if the new owner will become responible for mainteance and tier payment ..and remove mainteance and tier fees from mi account..

Yes.  If you sell the land to another resident, they will assume the land tier payment.  Note however, by owning land for even one day, you incur a tier obligation.  So you will always pay at least one month's tier on any land you buy at auction.  Just don't want you thinking that you can buy a piece at auction and then flip it in a couple days and not pay tier on it.  Doesn't work that way.

It will state clearly on your account, under Land Use Fees, what you can expect to pay.

Basically, if you have owned land for even one day out of your 30 day charging period, you will have to pay tier as though you owned it for the whole 30 days.  That is the peak usage fee.
