Avatar shake after maintenance

From yesterday, with the mantenience the avi have problems with all animations (without too) it's shake like have frames problems
It's seem is a is a bug on the batabase, clearing cache, debug setting, test avatar, nothing work, any suggestion?

This looks like https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SH-2031 , a very difficult problem that LL's developers have been trying to solve for over a year now.  You may be able to get some relief by turning off shadows, maybe, or you might consider switching to a different veiwer.  If you have good, helpful observations to add to that JIRA, I suggest doing it.
