I have dotted lines over the screen. Whats up with that?

I have dotted lines on the screen when in world for a bit now. I have tried deleating and then reinstalling sl but still these lines of dots. Can you help?

Hello Charles. Try to disable VBO under your Prefefences --> Graphics tab --> Hardware --> Enable OpenGL Vertex Buffer Objects (unselect it) and see if that helps.

It helps to know your video card and video driver version. You can get the info from the Viewer in Help->About.

You may need another video driver. Get your make and model for your card and search this forum and SLUniverse for your card. If others are having problems they have likely posted.

You need to research because current OpenGL problems in SL are video card and driver dependent. So, the latest video driver is not always the best for SL use.
