Why can't I log in? Have tried all day. It gets almost loaded then says either region trouble or

I have tried to log in all day. It gets almost loaded and says Darn, you have been logged out? What the heck! I am paying for this, Have things that need tended to....It is obviously NOT my internet connection.as I am using my computer at this very moment. So....I even uninstalled and reinstalled the viewer....Still same problem...I am NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!

Hello Gayle. Did you try to log in different region like Smith, Lime or Pooley? If yes, try to restart your modem / router (leting closed for 2-3 mins) and your computer and try again. If you still can't log in, you can submit a ticket under Account Issue --> Second Life Web Login Issues. If you are a Premium Member you can use also the Live Chat (you find the option on the right) asking for support.

The grid status for today is that there are rolling restarts. Perhaps the region you're trying to log into is part of that. As LoveAngel said, try another region, such as those she suggested.
