Im trying to submit a ticket for help with my avaline and voicemail. If someone calls my Avaline from a regular phone line...they cant leave a voicemail, however...inworld they can....does anyone know whats wrong with the avaline voicemail??. Also..how do I submit a ticket for it?..the support portal is extremely limiting on what I can ask for help for:(

Yes, unless you have paid for a Premium membership and have access to Live Chat, your options are limited.  There is no good way to file a ticket for voice issues.  If you can describe your problem more fully here, we might be able to suggest solutions, though.  Add information to your question by clicking on the Options link in its upper right corner and selecting EDIT.  Please do NOT start a new thread.
