I would suggest you advertise in the land subforum, giving as much details as posssible and ideally posting a picture, which will make your ad more attractive. Good luck!

In addition to posting it in the land forum, you can

Join a group in world for people that are buying and selling sims and send a notice in the group.

Join the whole sim together as one lot and put it for 'sale' for the price you want plus the transfer fee.  Put in the description of the land that the sale is a full estate transfer.

In addition to the other suggestions, I would advise asking for an invitation to join the group For Sale By Owner and posting the details there.
