SinfulPrince
I'm sure there must be a way to dismantle/not have a store set up. But for the life of me I cannot find the button.

Jacki Silverfall
A physical store? Or a store on Marketplace? A physical store just take back into your inventory. I heard you have to be in edit mode and click on everything then take the store. not sure though. Marketplace unlist your items empty magic box. I would guess. Josh Susanto
You can render your SLM store non-operational, but it will still exist, at least as long as your account exists. I've talked with several people who wanted to just delete their store and start over, but it doesn't work that way. There's no way to eliminate data pertaining to disncontinued products. It's just going to accumulate endlessly until you stop letting it accumulate, but it's not going away.
SinfulPrince
Well I never had a product but how do you reder non-operational?
Josh Susanto
If there are no active products, your store is non-operational.
Jacki Silverfall
Right, so if you take your store into inventory it is non operational. Who cares if it still exists in the LL world server. If it isn't physically there no one can buy from you. If a tree falls in the forest does it make a sound?
Josh Susanto
As long as the stump remains, another tree cannot be planted in the same place without removing that stump.
Jacki Silverfall
So.plant a new sapling away from the stump and give it a new name. This is what the forest is, fallen trees and new saplings.
Josh Susanto
In my own case, the store data is congested with information I might not want at some point, but can't delete. If, for example, mesh should eventaully make my 800 sculpted items obsolete, I would still have to sift through more than 40 pages of sales data to see what it is happening with the newer products. And that mostly with a 1-page previous/next button, which is already pretty tedious.
Jacki Silverfall
Yep, that is a problem in MP that I'm finding out.
Josh Susanto
Yeah, but if they had fixed it, we wouldn't need so many alts, and then they wouldn't be reporting so many new users, which is what they need to report.
