database issue

Hi my name is Sephiroth Lusch. Is a long time i have problems to log in SL 

when i have try to find my account name with my mail the answer is my name not result like Sephiroth Lusch but like Cloud Saeed. i think there is a database problem but i have wait one year but nothing is change... please someone know something about this issue?

It's easy enough to see what your name is.  It looks to me as if it's Kaworu OHare.  You cannot change your username.  The name that you selected when you joined SL is linked permanently to your UUID.  If you have a quesion about your account, however, you should either file a support ticket or call the LL billing office. ....
