why can't my group members activate their tags?

I created the gruop and now my members can't activate their group tags. It doesn't show name of group or what their title is. What can I do?

Seems like you did not set correct permissions for members to join your group:

This is a wierd week in SL, because they are doing major maintenance on the OS software in servers.  The problem may be associated with that work in some odd way.  On the other hand, it may be another random occurrence of https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/MISC-2744 .   If you look through the JIRA, you'll see that other people have had version of this problem, and that it has cleared up mysteriously by itself.  I guess I'd recommend being patient and seeing if this is another one of those times.  If th problem is still with you by th end of the week, come back and we'll try to figure out what Plan B is.
