help.. can't log in for the last 48 hours..

i keep getting the next messeges "win crash logger has stopped working" and then the next one-

it's a new computer (core i5)  and i downlaoded the 3.03 version. 

at the last 48 hours i cant get in, anyone knows whats the problem?

the messege:

bythe way, i cleared the cache.. it dosent work.

Does it keep crashing when you log in or before you log in while it still loads?

sounds like you need to do a clean reinstall of your viewer.

the first time happend when i was allready loged, since then it happens even before i see the logging in messege, i press log in and after a second i get this messege.

i reinstalled it twice, it still dosent work..

Did you do a complete uninstall & then install?  Or just reinstall over your original installation?

If you reinstall you should probably navagate to the cache folder and the settings folder in APP Data folder and delete everything after you uninstall it . This will start a fresh clean install without any residual files that could be causing the corruption.

yes i uninstalled it complitly and then installed it again.

 I even tryed to delete the catch file, it stil dosent work..

the wierd part is that i downloaded phonix and it works fine (slow as a turtle- but works).

im having the ssamne problem as you are for the last week or so... i even redid my whole computer n now i cant even download firestorm or phoenix at alll... it send me a message wat is goin on with sl viewers please i really need help...
