how can i stop someone teleporting into my rented condo and dumping objects in there?

I rented a skybox a couple of weeks ago. Someone keeps teleporting into it and dumping objects that i can't remove inside it. Is there a way to stop them doing this?

Hello fumpya. You need to contact the estate owner or manager asking to ban him and return to him his stuff. If it is impossible to find someone (normally is not), report the abuse. You find the option under Menu Help and you follow the instructions. Good luck.

Ultimately if this keeps happening you move.  If you have sufficient rights to the land you can set up ban-lines that only let certain people in (they're very annoying).  You can also buy or create objects that will kick people out unless you know who they are (annoying, but not as universally bad as ban-lines).

Throughout SL you get used to people teleporting in but the "dumping objects" is a complete no-no.  We all have out-of-date landmarks that if we ever use may take us to someone's private house.  We (make apologies and) leave.  Anyone leaving stuff where they aren't welcome needs to be abuse-reported (ARd): Help > Report Abuse.  But speak to your landlord first - these things work better if co-ordinated
