I rented a skybox a couple of weeks ago. Someone keeps teleporting into it and dumping objects that i can't remove inside it. Is there a way to stop them doing this?

Hi I just bought and received an outfit for my avatar, went to a public sandbox to open it and got the message "object failed to res" and the object has gone from my inventory. I understand that I could ask the vendor to resend it but how can I stop the same thing happening again? Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks in advance.
