Problem with listing new items

Trying to list a new item, I went to Merchant Home, then Manage inventory, and then clicked on Sync Marketplace with Magic Boxes... Can't see any create button there but I see a message saying "Your inventory has been sychronized with Second Life, Refresh to see changes" I probably do something wrong or I don't know something... What should I do to list new items?

Did you refresh the page? The created items will be the last one in the inventory. It sounds like you have done everything right.

You did put the items in the magic box before syncing it, right?

by refresh you mean relog in market place? yes I did that a few times and yes, I have put the new item in the magic box... but I keep getting this message and no create button anywhere

Choose manage inventory and then unlisted items. Thereafter click create listing for the item.

I hadn't listed anything for ages, so my memory is fuzzy, but when I went the other day I had to sync box, manage inventory and then tick the item in the inventory list. I could have sworn there used to be a create item link.

By refreshing they mean you need to refresh your browser, like firefox or IE or chrome.

When I get a bug like this, I try to do the every step in the process both in the correct order and the reverse order, all the way back to restarting my computer. 

Not that it usually works.

If it doesn't, I just wait and look for other things to complain about that look less innocent.
