Hello KadenNamru and welcome to SL Forums. As Rolig said we have currently issues in world with rolling restarts. I want to add something else. Give a try to log in a different region (like Smith for example) and see if that helps for now. If you can't choose a different region to log in, in your log in screen give the command Menu Me --> Preferences--> General Tab --> Activate "Show on login" --> OK After where it says "Start at", click inside, write Smith --> Log in.
