I get an "unknown error" when I try and create my Linden home

I get an "unknown error" when I try and create my Linden Home (the one that comes with the premium account). I created and abandoned a few times so I could see the layouts "in person" so to speak... but now I'm unable to get a place. I tried relogging. I've tried closing my browser and reopening and I've tried just waiting a day.

Help!

In addition clear your browser cache and cookies and restart the browser. It should work.

How many times have you abandoned? There used to be a daily limit, I think it was five a day before it wouldn't let you get another Linden home in any given day.

Hello madira and welcome to SL Forums. Ciaran is right. As reported in http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Linden-Home-FAQ/ta-p/700101 "if you abandon and choose a new Linden Home five times in 24 hours, you're temporarily blocked from choosing another. You'll need to wait after 24 hours have elapsed to register again".

So just some patience. Have fun with your new Linden Home.
