I might not understand your question correctly, so please excuse my answer.....

I think that you are asking why people who visit your parcel cannot make animations work.  Here are two possible explanations:

(1) Scripts have been disabled in your parcel. Open About Land while you are in your parcel and look at the Options page to see whether this is true.  If scripts are not allowed to run, then animations will not work.

(2) The script that controls your dance machine or your poseballs is not operating properly.  Open your Build tool (CTRL + 3) and select the object.  Then choose Build >> Scripts >> Reset Scripts to restart the scripts.
