If I change item price in marketplace

If I have an object for sale in world for 100 Lindons and then price it in the marketplace for 10, will the customer in the marketplace get it for 10 or 100?

They will get it for 10 if they buy it via the Marketplace.

(I believe that LL has a policy that items are priced the same in both instances. They especially get a bit tetchy when the store price is cheaper. Just check your rulebook if you are planning on having two pricing structures.)

From my understanding inworld and market place item should be within a few linden of each other. (aka 99 in world 100 on market place for example.)  I'm not sure what is the exact ruling any more because it appears they are pushing the market place hard and  not pushing people to goto inworld stores.

I talked with one of the old commerce team (this was some time back when LL took over xstrt) and  you could have a special promotion price for an item on market place only.  Where it was cheaper on market place then in world but susposedly it couldn't be more then 20% less.

Its already been answered, but what is priced in-world is what someone in-world will pay, what is priced on market place is what they will pay if purchased on market place.
