I cannot receive / send any IM 's

I use phoenix  but now cannot send / receive any im's or open my lists

Have you asked the inworld Phoenix support group?  There are people available 24/7 to help you sort through issues.  What type of message do you get when you try to send an IM to someone? 

Yesterday, there were issues with group chats not remaining closed once one closed them.  Could have had something to do with the rolling restarts...who knows.

Switch off your Router, leave it off for a few minutes & then reboot your computer.
