i cant logon to second life but i can logon to the website

i made a stupid mistake, my username is Josh20112, but i was typing Josh201112 in to the viewr, woops!

what happens when you attempt to log in? do you get any error messages and if so, what do they say? (i gotta make this my new macro)

The most basic "answer" would be -- did you type in RESIDENT as your last name. That is required for new folks and the browser. Know it is not for the Marketplace so perhaps not for the forums .

that sounds to me like your account has been put on administrative hold.

THERE IS NO LAST NAME SLOT, ONLY USERNAME AND PASSWORD

there is no last name slot, just username and password, and im typing the right username and password, although this did happen to me in the past with a diffrent 3D program(freerealms), it wouldnt let me play for a couple of days, then it let me, but second life just isnt. its been awhile

if the viewer you are logging in with has only one name slot, and your account name is Josh20112, then you log in with Josh20122, and not Josh20122.Resident.

use of last name are for viewers with two name slots.
