0 Charolotte Caxton
You could attempt to log in at a different location.
0 Baloo Uriza
That's an awfully vague question. Some things that would help others answer the question would either be a secondlife.log posted to Pastebin or a detailed description of what steps were taken to connect to the grid. When all else fails, Eric S. Raymond has some clues as to how best to ask such a question.
0 Baloo Uriza
That usually isn't useful if there isn't a rolling restart in play, or if the person attempting to connect has a last known location in Linden-owned land or a home in an infohub. 0 Charolotte Caxton
It is not useful trying to log in to a different location? Sometimes a region experiences difficulties or is full or inaccessible, being able to login to a different location is a way to get in. What do you mean? 0 Baloo Uriza
Charolotte, please read my entire comment instead of just the first four words.
0 Charolotte Caxton
Oh. I just thought that suggestions were asked for. I know that sometimes certain places are inaccessible so I suggested logging into a different location. I addressed your statement in its entirety, not just the first four words. I still don't understand why suggesting to log in to a different location is not useful. It is a solution that has proved effective several times.
