One avatar causes appcrash, regardless of computer used, so it is not on my side of the interface.

Question

I have one avatar that can not log in. Other avatars have no problem logging in, but this one causes appcrash when I attempt to log it in from ANY computer. (I initially did all the appcrash resolution steps :  1. I uninstalled SL, 2. I cleared appdata 3. I reinstalled SL, 4. I tried changing Location for avatar to log into, but no joy.)  I sent information about this as a bug to JIRA but they said it was a solitary avatar problem and not their concern. The resolution to this lies on the Linden side of the interface, so I am out of luck at this point. I would like the situation resolved.

Here is the information I gave to JIRA (along with the appcrash logs).

 1. I was on Second life yesterday and I experienced a crash. I logged in another Avatar no issues. Then I tried to log in the first avatar and had an appcrash before log in.
2. I attempted to fix the issue in case it was based off my computer.
2a.I tried logging in the problem avatar from 'home'.
2b.I uninstalled the 3rd party viewers I was using and downloaded the Linden Viewers (after deleteing the appdata). Issue remained
2c.I uninstalled second life viewer and tried an earlier version. Issue remained.
2d.I installed the fixapp program, I again cleared my secondlife app data, and uninstalled second life from the computer. (I went to bed for a fresh start.)
2e. I re-installed second life. I double checked that the other avatar could log in, and no crash occured (same computer, same viewer program, issue seems focused on one avatar). The avatar this is happening to is Lin Mirajkar and only to Lin. Because I can log in my premimium account I don't think the issue is on my side of the interface. (edit to add the Env. data was collected using my Premium acct.

3a. Prior to this issue arising the avatar was using a 'gift card', I have never had an issue with gift cards prior to this event so I did not see an issue.
3b. I also noted that the last time the Lin Avatar logged inventory was 'gone' except for the library inventory. I don't think this was connected, but in case it helps you solve bug there it is.

4. additional research: I attempted to log in the problem Avatar from a friends home (totally different computer with better specs) and the appcrash occured there as well.

That definately sounds like a problem with that account, so I suspect that it is going to need an LL tech to look at it.

One thing I would suggest is, do you know if it is wearing a group tag that contains unusual characters? If so, is there any way that you can use your other account to go in & get that tag removed or changed.

For example, if it is your own group, can your alt change text on group tags in that group? If it is another group, can your alt contact the group owner and get you kicked out of the group?

Also, can the broken account get into the Beta Grid? (Aditi)
