I'm using the Second Life developer Viewer in Mesh Sandbox 2 on Agni trying to upload a mesh for the first time (on this grid). It previews fine when I view it in the uploader. But when I press the Calculate Weights & Fee it just seems to hang forever - the upload button never lights up - anyone know what I am I missing?

We've noticed this on one machine, but are having difficulty reproducing broadly. What exact viewer version are you using? Could you get the contents of the about secondlife panel and a secondlife.log file to us either by JIRA or email?

Thanks!

This error seems to have reappeared!

Second Life 3.2.5 (247236) Jan  5 2012 12:10:23 (Second Life Release)

A little intermittent, sometimes will calculate and upload, other times, just hangs on calculate or upload. Simple mesh, nothing fancy.

Tepic, the forum is a great place to confirm if a problem is real, and get help, but if you feel this really is a bug, can you enter a jira so we can get this triaged and researched?

Does this need the whole palarva of a new JIRA? The problem appeared earlier, and was obviously solved, i'm just flagging it up as having returned. Having said that, it's now getting rather annoying, having missed a build competition i had been working on for some weeks.

You could reopen the previous one, that'd be fine as well.

The thing is, I haven't seen it - if you enter the JIRA you can give much more useful detail and when we assign someone to look at it, they can contact you if needed for more information.

It may seem beauracratic but it's a needed bit of workflow for us so we can prioritize, get someone to work on it, and make sure it's tested. It's also needed to communicate with you and anyone else who 'watches' it.
